Photo Proofs

Hello, and thanks for coming to our website to view your proofs. To view your proofs we have you come to this special page because it is password protected. This keeps your pictures off the internet where they can only be accessed by you and your family. You may visit this page as often as you like. These are the pictures you will use to base your decision on for the prints in your photo package (or if you are viewing a bridal session you can choose one picture that we will print for you to display at you wedding. For a small fee we can upgrade this picture to a canvas. The canvas pictures look awesome by the way). Remember, you can always add more prints than what we had originally discussed, and you will get a break on the price depending on how many and what size extra prints you need.
To access your proofs: Click on the link below to view your proofs. A new page will open. That will take you directly to the proofs page. You can scroll through your photos and click on any that you like and it will pull up a larger size image for you to view. When you "mouse over" the picture itself a small box will appear in the upper right corner. I would suggest clicking on "X2Large or X3Large". This will enlarge the picture so you can see the smaller details in it. When you are finished viewing that particular picture just click on it and you will be taken back to the page displaying your proofs.
While you are on the pages with the proofs on them, you will need to make a list of the ones you would like to have in your package should you wish to purchase a package. To do this, there is a "DSC" number below each photo. Write down that DSC number, what size prints you would like, and how many prints of that particular picture you would like. Please do this for each picture you want to have in your package. Remember, there is a $50.00 minimum package order.
Once you have finished going through ALL of your proofs and making a list for your package please email it to me (with your phone number) at Steve@CenlaPhotography.com. I will then call you soon thereafter and go over the list with you so there is no confusion when I place your order. Once the order is placed, please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
We offer discounts to Brides and Grooms, and their immediate family members who wish to purchase any photo package we have. The discount is 20% off the listed price for up to 2 months. That also includes canvas prints and collages.
I keep all of the proofs on file so if you ever need to reorder or add to an existing order just give me a call. The pictures may be taken off the website after a while to make room for new ones, but I keep all photos on an external hard drive for at least 5 years.
Please keep in mind that we also offer any of your photos on Canvas, Matboard, Foamboard, Styrene, Standout and of course CD. You can also have any of your pictures put on coffee mugs, mouse pads, playing cards, and much more.
Also, on the proofs page, there is a price list for various size prints and few novelty items, and you can even access a digital download of any picture immediately to your computer (this download is full resolution and we give you permission to copy or print this picture any time you wish. All we ask is that you do not sell the image). You are welcome to purchase any of those items if you wish.

To view your proofs please click on the above link in yellow. Please let me know what you think about the proofs, I always like to get feedback from customers. Some of the photos can be made to be horizontal or vertical, and all can be color or black and white, your choice.
When you decide on exactly which one you would like as you canvas print please let me know and I will get it ordered. We normally get half down (when ordered) and the other half when you receive your canvas. If you decide to get 2 just let me know. I called and they are still running the half price special but he could not give me an end date, sorry. I can also order your 80 wallet pictures at the same time if you have it picked out.
Also, the engagement pictures will be up soon. I will email or call you when I have them all uploaded. They will be on the "Recent Events" page.

Jennifer Rusk Family Proofs
Mrs. Rusk, I have cropped most of the pictures either vertically or horizontally so you can get a good idea of what the finished product will look like. Basically you need to decide on which pictures you like, but do NOT take into account the cropping (we can change that). I would look at the children's faces and smiles, and make sure you like the background as well. On most pictures there is plenty of room for cropping so we can work on the layout of the picture to get it just like you want it. The main thing for now is selecting your pictures. I think there are some very good ones in the bunch, and I think you will really like the ones of the children by themselves. If you need any assistance please give me a call and I'll be happy to walk through it with you and provide what insight I can.
Once you have decided on a picture, there is a "DSC" number just below the picture. Please make a note of it. That is what I will need to be able to place your order. If you find a group picture that you really like, I would suggust the canvas print. Although they are a bit more expensive, they look stunning hanging on a wall, and from the customers who have purchased one they say there is no comparison to a regualar paper print. I have samples of the canvasses if you would like to see them.

Aleesha Guillory Bridal Proofs
Aleesha - please pick any one proof to display at your wedding. We agreed to have an 11"x14" or 16"x20" print made for you (unframed). If you would like, you can upgrade to a canvas of the same size (I can show you samples of our canvas prints if you wish, just let me know). Once you decide on a proof, please write down the DSC number below the picture and let me know what size you would like. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, so please do this in plenty of time for the wedding.

Also, if any family members or friends would like copies or enlargements please let me know. If everyone that would like copies would make a list for me I can place the order and save you a little money. Please get the "DSC" number from below each picture. I will need that, along with what size print you would like and how many prints you would like of that particular photo. Please do this for each photo. If everyone orders together we will get a better price.

You will notice that there are some pictures that look almost the same. Sometimes I take multiple pictures of the same subject for various reasons. You can pick the one you like the best.
Also, if some of the color looks a little off to you don't worry about it, the lab always adjusts the color before making the prints.
Mrs. Smith - please give me a call after you and your husband look through these. I would like to let you know a few options that we have with some of the pictures.
I cropped 2 of the pictures from your session that I personally like. They are in the second box below. Please have a look at these before making your decision, I think you may like them.

Robin and Stacey Whaley Wedding Photos
You will notice that there are some pictures that look almost the same. Sometimes I take multiple pictures of the same subject for various reasons. You can pick the one you like the best.
Also, Stacey and Robin, please pick out about 50 proofs that you would like to have printed. This comes with your wedding package that we discussed prior to your wedding. Please write down the "DSC" number below each picture and email the list to me. I will place the order once I get the list. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the prints, etc. to arrive from the lab. Usually it is faster than that but it just depends on their workload at the time I place the order. You can take your time if you would like on making your list. I would ask that you please have it to me no later than 4 weeks from now. If any family members or friends would like to place orders for prints or enlargements please have them (or you can do it if they want you to) email to me the DSC numbers of the pictures they would like to order along with the size print they would like. I also offer canvas prints that come out awesome (see the prices and packages page for print, enlargement, and canvas pricing). I will need to receive payment for any items ordered prior to ordering (with the exception of the 50 wedding prints).
